How long does it take to process an order?

-          Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.  Once processed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

How much is shipping?

-          All orders over $75 earn FREE SHIPPING!  Any order below $75 has a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99.

Can I pick up my purchase in the store?

-          Yes!  We are located at 2921 18th Street South Birmingham, AL 35209.  If you are local and would like to come pick up your order, just choose “In-store Pickup” before placing your order.  You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup!

 

How do I return an item?

-          We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to send it back to us, you have a couple of options.

o   If you are local, you can return any items in store for a full refund within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.  Please make sure to bring your original form of payment with you!

o   If you are not local, you are welcome to ship your item back to us, but please understand that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.  It must be postmarked within 14 days after your order’s delivery date to receive a refund.  Please address the return as such:

Do you give refunds?

-          Yes!  Items shipped back or returned in store within 14 days of the order’s delivery date will receive a full refund.  Your refund will only be processed once the item(s) is received.  Please know that all returned items must be unworn with the original tags still attached and be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.

What if an item I ordered is damaged?

-          Oh no!  If an item in your order is damaged, please email us at athomeorders@gmail.com within 48 hours to let us know.  Please include your name and order number, along with any pictures of the defect.
